Seek what brings YOU high energies of Love and Joy! YOU will feel a lifting, an elevation,  a rising, a  excitement, a spiraling from these highest of energies. YOU will ignite a, spark, a desire a love for life and a wanting to live your life fully.

Recall being present, hearing of or witnessing  the birth of a baby. What did you feel and how did you feel? When someone YOU love tells YOU I love YOU what do YOU feel in your be=ing.? Remember sitting in the sun on a warm day and hearing a bird sing its cheerful song. What feelings and energies rise up from within YOU? Go deep within feel those feelings. Feel and remember these higher energies let them rise, and escalate, feel the elevation and spiraling within your soul.  Feel the expansion within  your heart chakra. See it as a color and let it rise, up, up and out into Gaia and into the Universe.

Your Creator desires that YOU be happy and joy filled, living a LOVING  life  one filled with and over flowing from your inner  happiness and joy. A happiness and JOY  that just spills out where ever YOU are and from what ever YOU , say or do. .  

As Jeshua says to YOU repeatedly seek to heal your mind from its suffering, and fears, those thoughts and beliefs that are not loving. Let them go, forgive  and  choose again. Choose LOVE, happiness and Joy! Let these  high frequency energies fill your reality and your world. YOU are the Master of your mind and the Creator of your reality.
