This is Jeshua I am here, WE are here in this now moment. YOU are here united in the LOVE of CREATOR in the ALL that IS. Close your eyes and come into awareness. Focus on your sacred breath and free your mind of all thoughts. Be aware of this now moment and the holiness within YOU. Rest and return to hear and receive. 

I speak to YOU often and guide YOU into coming into that place within YOU  that place which is your holy essence. I say to quiet your mind and body and enter your inner space,  the place where you are aware that YOU are ONE with US  and ONE  in your  be=ingness  and you’re nothingness with ALL that IS. 

I am a loving ascended higher teacher. I come in peace and I come in LOVE,  I come in knowing that in human form through experience YOU come into knowing. I urge you to practice, sitting being aware of your breath and moving into that place within YOU that is YOU. To be aware of your divinity  that is the true YOU  that is the divine YOU  that is the I am presence. Enter your Holy space of nothingness where there are no concerns,  no anxiety,  no conflict, or fear,  where there is LOVE and peace. Come to know your true divine essence. Be open to receive and to  Know thatYOU  know that feeling ,know the expansion, spaceless and timeless. In the now experience YOU. Know your divine nature, your essence then when you step out and return to your world, YOU remember it . Remember  dear one who YOU  are in truth. Be aware  remember this is YOU  this is the divine YOU in a body.  BE present in holy Presence and be filled and expand within. 

When YOU return, awaken the body mind complex let not your heart and mind  be troubled by the noise, illusions, the lies  and the stories in your ego mind and in your world. Let the Holy Spirit, your higher self in your higher  mind and in your heart space set YOU free. When you’re troubled when you’re triggered , and you step away from LOVE, remember, the true YOU and see in truth then say I choose something different.  I choose to change my mind my thoughts, and my belief, forgive and I choose to  return to the LOVE  that I am in truth. This is a simple message  of LOVE , forgiveness and a pathway to peace. The same message of LOVE and Forgiveness I  repeated that I  brought when I walked on your earth. I taught LOVE and forgiveness and brought a new vision to know peace. I demonstrated that LOVE, and forgave  in my life to also teach my followers and anyone with ears to hear, who they were in truth. I was divinely guided and inspired and I remembered my holiness and knew my divinity. I am not all that your society, governments and religions said that I was.  There were those who just like in your world, your era  who had agendas to have power and control. I leave YOU dearest  one once again with words to ponder.  I and WE ask YOU   to seek to know and experience who YOU are in truth. Your knowing will empower YOU and strengthen YOU as it also instills the PEACE that already IS and is in YOU. 

Just know  I and WE LOVE  YOU.  I and WE are always here and WE will always assist YOU on a path of LOVE into to greater LOVE and Peace now till YOU return to your eternal now, your home.
