This is Jeshua I am here, WE are here and YOU are here in this now moment. WE are always with YOU dear one let yourself tune in and be aware WE are here united to YOU in the LOVE that always IS present. YOU dear one are never alone WE are always here with our LOVE to assist and guide YOU. Become quiet in your body and mind and enter the place of knowing that lies within YOU. There is only now the only time that is, is here now. The YOU that YOU really are IS, ….LOVE and your beyond time and space. Focus on the breath let it expand within YOU. Keep your attention on its rhythm and flow till your thoughts drift away give them no attention. Just be present within in your holy essence. Rest and receive with no agenda and return when ready to receive this conversation. 



Dear one learn step out of 

your doing-ness into be=ingness. Practice, practice and it will become effortless. 

Embrace the present 

moment and your 

holy essence. Let go 

and surrender, be in a 

state of Presence in 

the now let your thoughts 

and wants go. 

Come without a agenda knowing  YOU will always receive what is for your highest good. 

Come to know the 

Holy Spirit is within 

YOU. Your inner comforter, guide, teacher and source of healing and miracles. Learn to be stilled and listen without judgements or with an agenda. Be open to the flow of Spirit within and in your life.

Dearest  as YOU step out of having to do into a state of just be=ing LOVE present YOU surrender all resistance and allow what is grace, what IS  gift  to simply flow. Tune in dear one YOU were created from LOVE and YOU dearest one, are LOVE, in truth YOU can only be LOVE. Contemplate dear one when you feel anxiety, conflicted, suffering or attack YOU have stepped away from LOVE. Simply choose LOVE again dear one and align to your true divine self.
