This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU dear one YOU are here in this holy now moment . I am here to continue to assist YOU in your spiritual practice with your sacred breath. 

WE remind YOU  to practice your spiritual breath work. I and WE talked about being aware and drawing in the sacred breath up

Up and up and filling the body and the mind. Holding the breath see it filling the chakra area YOU desire. Then slowly releasing the breath  with sound, being aware of how it feels. 

I want to take you a little further in this now moment. Perhaps YOU can recall childhood dreams where you were rising up and even flying. I want you to add to your practice,  always only when you feel comfortable to do so. 

See your air coming into YOU see YOU are rising just like a hot air balloon. Rise up out of the chair a little higher into the Light. . Every time YOU  breathe in drawing that air into your body and mind as YOU release the breath see it as letting the sand bags go on a hot air ballon. YOU can Rise UP, into greater LIGHT, look around your above and feel free and lighter. Now YOU can rise even higher see an opening above and rise up out of the opening. YOU are rising up in the sky and can go where ever YOU choose to go. YOU can even go higher as YOU release what weighs YOU down. When you’re ready just will to return back to your chair or where ever you were sitting or standing. Let out that deep sigh as YOU feel your feet touch the ground. Take notice of how your body and mind feels. In this practice YOU will also be developing  your imagination, and opening  your channels . As YOU open  up to  healing and freedom by letting go of weighs YOU down. Practice as YOU become more present and open to Spirit. Be free , and be child like and trust in the ONE who LOVES YOU.  Be playful and let your imagination take YOU where your soul desires to go. Have fun,  be joyful and YOU will rise even higher. 

I and WE are bringing  your focus to your breath, the power of your mind, and the healing  flow of energy. YOU are a divine be=ings coming into Mastery through your spiritual practices. YOU are so LOVED and so much awaits for YOU the beloved. Trust and experience as YOU see, clearly and differently. Also see  what YOU have not seen. As YOU rise YOU hear what YOU have not heard and come to know beyond your now knowing. Be like a child and wait  with joyful expectations.
