Beloved I am here, this is Jeshua here, WE are here, the Angels, your higher teachers and guides.  YOU are here, in this now moment where LOVE and Oneness IS. Close your eyes. Breathe with awareness prepare yourself to receive OUR energies and loving words. Let all concerns go focus on your breath. Give no attention to your thoughts only give attention to this now moment. Dear one focus, hear and feel your breath moving in and out in perfect rhythm.  Listen, see within your imagination and remember the ocean waves and allow the rhythmic  sounds to become one with your breath. See and hear the waves effortlessly and gently moving on to the shore line and the waters returning back. Let all thoughts go one by one see them being released  by the waves and taken back into the mighty  ocean waters. Rest in the silence and peace within your holiness. Rest in Your divine essence, in the LIGHT within, and  the aspect of CREATOR that lies uniquely within your souls divine essence . YOU are an aspect of CREATOR present in this now moment. Be stilled, breathe and know GOD IS. Just be in the LIGHT, the LOVE, the Truth and in Peace. Do not control only allow grace to flow. Become stilled and rest in the quiet within. When stirred to  return the student is ready,  to hear, see, receive and  know what is for your highest good. 

Dear one the brother or sister that comes into your path that might cause YOU to turn away is a gift to YOU. This is the brother or sister that triggers something within the YOU that YOU want to reject, judge  or attack. Dearest seek to see  them in a new way. Choose to  see them as a teacher, a messenger holding a mirror to reflect back at YOU. YOU can choose to see within them and see yourself and see the GOD  within. Or YOU can choose to shun, judge and even condemn them. It is choice  and in your choice YOU could fail to see the GOD spark within their divine essence. YOU can choose to make a choice to LOVE and forgive.  To see clearly, and know the aspect of Creator, forgive   what YOU see as an error and simply send them your LOVE. Be grateful for the opportunity to truly see, to grow in LOVE, and wisdom and expand your soul. See ALL as your lesson so YOU may rise in vibration, in CHRIST consciousness, in union with your higher self. Remembering always you’re not alone.  I and WE are with YOU in each holy moment where re~creation and new creation can begin through your loving choices. 

Within your higher mind true vision lies, be thankful  in that holy moment if triggered ask Spirit so YOU can see. Be thankful for those that showed their LIGHT for YOU to see what YOU held in your mind and in the shadows of your unconscious mind. In due time YOU will know and see that they were a gift to YOU. 

Through your spiritual work with the assistance of the Holy Spirit each moment is a gift an opportunity to see what within YOU is not aligned to the LOVE that YOU are in truth. In each moment there is grace present it is YOU who allows it to flow. It is YOU who sets yourself free and soars into great heights. As an Eagle rises higher with a keen vision, will that YOU see more clearly through  YOUR LOVING holy essence. 

Learn dear one to pay attention to your thoughts and discover what beliefs lie within YOU that are unloving. those that trigger YOU  or that cause YOU fear and suffering. Heal and master your lower mind beloved and rise up higher and higher till YOU soar like an Eagle. 

Be free, and soar high above, all situations while having a clear, keen,  loving vision that sees and knows what is truth. 

 Seek within YOU, thank those who are your teacher and see the gift they are to YOU in that moment. What is it in them that triggered YOU inside? Ask yourself these questions. To see in the YOU that which is not aligned to the LOVE that YOU are in truth. YOU are LOVE, and HOLY as YOU were created to be. YOU are LOVED and pleasing in your CREATORS  clear, true pure vision of only LOVE. Do not let the lower mind and your world lie, and obscure your holy vision of LOVE. 

Contemplate dear one, YOU are LOVED and ALL are equally LOVED. There is no judgement only LOVE.  It is in only the lower mind that judgements form, rise and where  fear exists. In YOUR higher mind is clear true vision in Oneness with the mind of GOD.
