Dear one this is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here, and YOU dear one YOU are here in this sacred moment. I bring your attention to the NOW, to this present moment. The human mind wanders and your soul is expansive and so much more than YOU understand or know. My intention is for YOU to become centered and focused. To bring your mind and vision into this NOW moment where truth lies. Your past is not here it is your past and not who YOU are in this holy moment. Your future YOU have not chosen there are multiple possibiltles. YOU dear one were given free will and YOU can choose or change your reality. YOU do not always tap into your divinity and knowing that your higher self already knows. It would be too much for your physic for YOUR soul is so expansive it is simultaneously expanding beyond your understanding. I bring YOU now to focus on this now moment. Choose to close your eyes so YOU do not see through your physical eyes the world around YOU. Choose to become focused on this holy moment. In each moment lies creation and YOU can tune in like a radio to receive. I often have YOU prepare to receive, by emptying your noisy and busy mind. Letting go of thoughts that do not serve in this now moment. Become empty and ready to receive. Have no expectations and let go of your control. Let your mind be open to Spirit and trust in your GOD and your higher soul. Let go of what YOU believe is true or meaningful, most is meaningless. Be open to what is truth and to what YOU in form have forgotten when YOU fell asleep. I take YOU to your breath for in focusing and entering into its rhythm and flow the thoughts will leave and mind will empty. How can YOU receive healing waters  if your glass is full? How can YOU see in a mucky pool if YOU do not clear what prevents clear vision? How can YOU receive in a noisy mind or hear with many voices speaking at one time. I am a teacher I begin these messages by preparing YOU as my dear student to be able to hear, know and see by entering for a moment into the holy essence that lies within that is YOU. 

YOU are not your body nor the lower mind. I and WE invite YOU to come into stillness and quiet empty and open to receive and rise into your higher mind where YOU are ONE with your higher self and with your Creator. So with closed eyes take this now moment focus and let go of what is filling your mind. Be present in your holiness and  unite with US in the benevolence and LOVE of CREATOR. Enter into a state of awareness that WE are ONE with CREATOR and with ALL of creation. Be empty of thoughts, judgements, beliefs and fears and just BE. Rest within your own holy essence let your mind be held in the benevolent LOVE of CREATOR. There is only now and only benevolence all else is meaningless in this holy moment. Rest dear one rest your mind , rest your soul and just BE and receive the grace that always flows. Return when you are stirred slowly allow your body to awaken and return into awareness to receive in  our loving  conversation. Always receive what aligns and assists YOU in your uniqueness and beauty. YOU are a dear and beautiful soul always LOVED and always assisted by Spirit. Know it believe it return to receive for the student is empty and ready to receive. 

My beloved brother and sister there is so much I desire to say to YOU. I focus on your highest good and I desire that YOU realize there is a process and practice is part of that process in the expansion of the soul. The human mind is filled with limitations and mis-interpretations. I bring this to YOU in this conversation for YOU to ponder and contemplate. Many think with thoughts and judgements this is good and this is bad. What is in the light is good what is in the dark is bad. Let us turn to Gaia and the wisdom she hold to assist in what I wish to teach to YOU. When a seed is planted it is placed in the earth. It is placed away from the light of the sun. It lies in the darkness. Is the darkness bad? Is the darkness not needed for the seed to germinate and grow? I want to stir your mind see it feel it dear one.  In your imagination plant a seed, place it in the earth. Feel the soul, the seed, and see what that tiny seed can become in the darkness below. Contemplate and seek to know what is your belief about darkness and good or bad? Seek always dear one what is truth. Free your mind from its mis information and un true beliefs. Your minds are conditioned and programmed since your birth. Seek to know what YOU see, what YOU know through Spirit seeing all in a higher way. Your religions have programmed minds to judge good and bad. To judge light and dark. It also has instilled to grow in soul YOU must rise or step up. In the ALL around YOU, GOD IS. In the above, the below, horizontal, and the within . In the near and far. There is no time, space  or limitation for your soul. YOUR soul dear one is so much more than YOU can even comprehend while in your body. Even the wisest that walked upon your earth did not know its fullness. There is so much yet not discovered even in writings that others left on Gaia after they returned home. On Gaia there is much yet to be rediscovered that lies in her depths. 

The journey of the soul is not just on Gaia it has no end nor can YOU know or comprehend in form its beginnings and vastness. Spirit is LOVING and always gentle, kind and caring for the physic. My desire dearest is that YOU move out of your untrue limitations. Pay attention to your thoughts seek to know which are limiting and unloving. Once YOU see ask Spirit , surrender that thought and belief. Ask for clarity and true vision. Then be open YOU can choose a new more loving thought or belief. In changing your thoughts YOU can choose Peace. YOU are a very powerful creator dearest one seek to know your true divine self. Seek to know true Peace.

I and WE are always here with our LOVE. Ask US dear one remember WE honor your free will always for it is YOU who creates your reality and your world. I and WE have given YOU much to contemplate. Ponder and reflect and listen to the LOVING voice of the Hoky Spirit within YOU. Remember always WE are here.
