This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU are here in this Now moment. WE are united through your intention and attention through the LOVE of Creator, the Benevolent Source,  that always is present. 

I and WE have been working with this dear one who writes these messages. She has been trained in breath work in her spiritual journey as she walked many paths. Her learning has not ended  and she has been asking her many questions. I brought more information to her to assist in her souls desires. I and  WE thought that as WE teach her this is a topic WE could also speak about through  her to assist YOU. I want to guide you through how to do a healing breath exercise.  YOU hold your stress and your thoughts in your bodies. Do YOU recall in your life moments of feeling this is too much? A heavy burden or demand was weighing on YOU and YOU felt  it in your body and mind? Do YOU remember that at times YOU released a big sigh,  a great release of a deep breath YOU drew up and blew out in that moment? YOU even heard it with your ears. Do YOU recall feeling a release a lightening up and freeing? Often through this dear one we refer to the breath as sacred. WE use this dear one’s learned vocabulary. Through her shaman training I and WE led her to she learned to be aware of the sacredness of the breath and ways to use the breath to assist herself and others. Learning never ends  in your spiritual journey your always stepping into Mastery. She is still learning and asking her questions. As all spiritual work it takes practice, practice and practice. 

I want YOU to in this movement to close your eyes,  take a deep breath draw it up, up, up and see and feel it filling all of your body and your mind. Focus on it filling your chest, your neck your head and every  body part. Draw it up counting till you are filled with your breath. Like a balloon being filled to its capacity. Hold it till YOU need to release it. While holding feel your bodies expansion. When YOU release the breath, release it lovingly, with gratitude very slowly. Release it with the sound of a sigh or hear it blown out. Through practice YOU can draw in for 3 or 5 counts, hold 3 or 5 counts and slowly in 3 or 5 counts release the breath. Release it out the mouth and the heavy energies through the toes into Mother Earth. As YOU practice slowly increase your count but always do not force or feel discomfort. This is to be learned and practice. As YOU have practiced and practiced counting is no longer needed it just becomes effortlessly part of a spiritual practice. When YOU feel your breath filling your body pay attention to your body and your mind. When YOU release the breath notice how your arms, chest , neck, legs and different body parts, and systems  feel. How does your mind feel? Notice  your thoughts depart when YOU focus only on your breath or your counting. 

Begin to practice lovingly and keep it simple without force or discomfort. Write about it in a journal.  Through intention, attention and practice YOU will feel a release and a healing. Focus each day on different body parts like one time focus on your solar plexus your abdomen and digestive system. Another time focus on your neck your throat chakra. If YOU feel a discomfort or stress in a chakra area let that be your focus . There is a filling of energy, a shifting, a stirring, a moving and a releasing of what the body and mind have taken in and are holding. Holding causes suffering. Remember all is about the energy.  Through intention, and attention energy flows.  YOU receive energies and hold them in your body and mind. YOU can choose differently to release them so YOU can be set free. When the body lets go the unloving belief hidden is revealed. There is a returning to LOVE.  So listen and pay attention remembering you’re not alone. 

Lighten up and have fun with this practice do not become too serious.  Practice, practice and practice dear one. I and WE will return to lovingly teach and assist as YOU step into Mastery and rise higher and higher. YOU are so much more than YOU know.
