Dear one this is Jeshua I am here, WE who are from higher realms WE are here and YOU dearest one YOU are here in this holy now moment. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Begin to let all go and be present here now. Quiet your mind and still your body. Enter into your holy essence within. Come into awareness in this holy moment,  be aware of your divinity. Be stilled within and connect to your higher self. There is nothing YOU need to do just be.  When stirred return to receive our energy, inspiration and conversation. 

Dear one  I Your older brother and teacher lovingly want to remind YOU and teach YOU. Within a holy instant YOU can choose in any moment to stop your doing and step out of the world YOU live in.  Just choose  to stop find a place where YOU can close your eyes and connect within Your divine essence, the I am within YOU to ALL that IS. 

To simply remember and choose to be aware in the kingdom of GOD that lies within YOU. When YOU have a need enter and trust the LOVE that always IS. The benevolence energy, force  and source  of YOUR Creator that IS always present. The Holy Spirit is within YOU seek and listen to the loving voice, your inner teacher, guide,  comforter and healer. When YOU desire Peace it is within YOU. When YOU need strength it rises from within YOU. YOU cannot always see with your physical eyes,  learn to see from within rise above all the illusions in your world. Your never alone WE your loving teachers and guides with the Angels and  many more are always with YOU. Enter and ask and trust in what is calked the unseen. 

Through your spiritual practices, LOVE and forgiveness as YOU heal your mind and what is unseen will be seen and known. Be of strong faith know who GOD IS, and seek to know thyself. YOU are so much more than YOU understand or can even comprehend. 

Dearest YOU live in a world where you stuff down your feelings and emotions. YOU are fearful to show or reveal them. It is ok not to share something but question when YOU are fearful. Why are YOU not in peace with your own feelings and emotions? In your situations, what are your beliefs? What lies deeper what do you fear. This is what YOU bring to the HolySpirit for your higher good. 

I am not saying to stand on a podium and share all of your inner self in your outside  world. I am urging YOU to live in peace within yourself and heal those thoughts and beliefs that hold YOU in fear,  all those that are not loving. 

This is about YOU let others focus on their mind and their journey. As YOU heal your mind without even spoken words YOU are healing others. 

Contemplate, ponder, remember to seek, and listen in the stillness and quiet within YOU . Know dearest the kingdom is within YOU. Be the LOVE that YOU are in truth . Know YOU are never separated, simply connect and receive.
