Dear one this is Jeshua,

I am here , WE are here,  and YOU are here in this moment. Become aware of this holy now moment and begin to quiet your mind and body. Gently close your eyes and begin to soften and release your tensions. Bring your attention to your breath. Listen, feel, and in your mind see it coming in and flowing out. Feel it expand your heart chakra and release it slowly with awareness. Your thoughts will simply cease as your attention is on your breath. Let your mind and body enter into the stillness and the quiet within your holy essence. Just be and sit aware of PRESENCE, for in this moment and all moments GOD IS. Receive the LOVE and LIGHT and when moved open your eyes to return. WE are here in LOVE to communicate and assist. Receive what assist your soul on your unique journey of LOVE to LOVE. 

Dear one, what IS already IS . That which YOU long for IS. What IS only awaits your remembrance, your willingness in and from Your free will to choose. 

YOU came from LOVE, YOU are LOVE , YOU are ONE in LOVE. There is only LOVE and ONENESS.  ALL that IS, is of LOVE. 

Awaken, remember, return  to LOVE . Through your true divine self , with and  in LOVE  willingly , choose LOVE and Forgiveness.  YOU are a mind a Christ consciousness in a body. Live and choose a life of LOVE, happiness, joy, awe and wonder. Choose to live in Peace and Harmony with the ALL in and of Creation. What YOU choose to bring into your reality that  energy will return to YOU. Choose with pure intention, choose from LOVE for your highest good and the highest good of others. Choose LOVE and Forgiveness, YOU will teach through your choices and healing will flow through YOU. The gifts of the Kingdom already exist. Dear one,  it is through your willingness, choice and pure intention all that exist, that which already IS becomes known and experienced.  The kingdom already lies within YOU, awaken dearest one , remember and return to LOVE, and receive what Creator, GOD has already given to YOU.
