This is Jeshua,  I am here, WE are hear and YOU are here in this holy Now moment. I am here in this moment to talk about listening to yourself and to others. Be open to being inspired WE always suggest writing  down your questions to US if and when they arise. 

When YOU ask Spirit in the honoring always of your free will,  WE are  eager to answer. To share divine information to assist YOU and others. Your questions assist yourself and another.  Spirit often chooses to speak to others through YOU. So be free to be  and ask? Learn to also write down your triggers and struggles and ask Spirit how can I look through eyes of LOVE at this, to  see a situation, or inner struggle, for me or another? How can I see differently and see more clearly. 

Also learn to take moments to quiet your ego mind. Many times dear one your world has  conditioned you, and programmed YOU to avoid the quiet moments. It keeps YOU  busy and keeps as many say your monkey mind occupied with lies that keep it going. Your ego mind is  filled with agenda's, all the must do lies that keep YOU from , Peace, PRESENCE,  divine INSPIRATION and your INTUITION. Your minds are full  and busy. The constantly occupied mind fails  to really allow one to be truly PRESENT and listen to Spirit within oneself,  or another. YOU are not PRESENT and this is what your soul is longing for is PRESENCE. In Presence YOU are aware there is no separation.  Many of YOU listen but YOU do not hear.  Your minds are occupied, they lie, they  easily seem to wander, they are fearful, they  judge or want to fix. 

Always choose LOVE, listen with LOVE, gaze upon yourself or another with LOVE, just choose to see through eyes of LOVE. Be focused on the Now moment, toss to the wind all your  judgements or fears of being PRESENT and showing your true divine self. Learn to rise above into your higher mind, see through your loving eyes that are gentle and compassionate. Seek a mind, a heart and eyes that see in truth all souls. Through PRESENCE, one is open to INSPIRATION and to the gift of their INTUITION.   Do YOU see when a dear one is PRESENT  in a Now moment in pure unconditional LOVE they are mirrors and aspects of the Creator present to oneself and another in your world ? 

Seek to cultivate  in your soul’s inner garden being PRESENT, open up within YOU all your doors and windows to divine  INSPIRATION  and be free to hear through  your gift of  INTUITION.  Contemplate dear one ask yourself when was the last time you were truly PRESENT  to really listen. 

Learn to practice mindful PRESENCE, this is your true nature. Always remember when you error forgive and choose to  simply choose LOVE again. Dear one in a quiet ego mind one is open to LOVE, LOVE and LOVE again.
