This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU were chosen, and chose  to be here in this now moment. I and WE come to share our LOVE and wisdom to assist YOU in your experience upon Gaia. WE desire for YOU be free, happy and aligned to your true authentic self. 

I come again to have a loving conversation to help YOU in your perceptions, your inner vision  so YOU can heal your mind. When you’re on the right track, and YOU are in right mindedness YOU are free from your suffering. I have said to YOU often YOU are a divine mind in a body. I have encouraged YOU also to stay close to the natural human. To eat what is loving for your body and to be out in nature. I have said the LIGHT of the sun is essential for your well being. 

I want to in this moment once again bring your attention to your mind. YOUR mind, your thoughts, beliefs,  emotions  and feelings affect your body. The body will be affected by your guilt, shame, fear, hate  and your attacking of self, and others. If YOU hold fear, guilt, blame and hate in your mind your mind and  body will suffer. Contemplate what I am saying and pay attention to your mind. When YOU are  off track and move away from LOVE your physical form will suffer for YOU will lack peace in your mind. 

YOUR true nature, your holy essence is LOVE return to LOVE. Change those thoughts and beliefs that are unloving they are a heavy burden and bring YOU suffering. Identify your fears and unloving thoughts and feelings within. Where is there  and attack and judgements towards self and others.  

Be free from the lies in the ego mind dear one and align to your higher mind a mind of LOVE. Forgive the errors, mis-creations, 

mis-interpretations and what YOU did not know and seek LOVE , Forgiveness,  Peace and freedom. Ask the Holy Spirit to assist YOU and be free dear one. Ask your higher teachers and guides and the Angels to assist YOU. Receive the LOVE that always is present YOU are eternally LOVED. Pay attention to your thoughts, and feelings  do your inner work and be patient for all is a loving gentle process. Remember YOU are never alone ask dearest one. 

I will end with these words for YOU to contemplate and ponder. LOVE is patient and kind. It does not judge or hold on to unloving thoughts. It does not attack one’s self or others. It sees another as a brother and sister in the ONE family of GOD. It forgives the all that is not know, and knows inner visions are obscured. 

I give YOU this example, think of someone who has a loss in sight looking through the same window as one who can see clearly. One sees clearly and the other simply just cannot see.  

Your spiritual journey is one of awakening and as YOU are empowered by Spirit YOU become  the Master of the ego mind.  A journey of LOVE,  to LOVE self and others. A journey to freedom, peace, happiness and true joy! 

Cultivate LOVE, see through  loving eyes as YOU  gaze upon all with gentleness, compassion with a forgiving mind and heart.
