This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here, and YOU are here in this

 now moment. Close your physical eyes for a moment and quiet your body and your mind. Focus on your sacred breath and as YOU let all your thoughts go. Give no attention to the thoughts that try to enter keep your focus on your breath. Surrender all and just be present in PRESENCE in this now moment. 

Dear one YOU are not denied Divine Presence  it is YOU who fails to see, hear, know and remember and move into awareness.  Many are taught to see through  lenses that are not true . What is not true, and  is not loving brings one to perceive wrongly,  judge and hold fear. It is the false vision and fear that clouds true vision for it simply lacks LOVE. The Kingdom of GOD is within for ALL it is not know by those who do not choose to see, or those unable to see or know due to the shadows  in their own mind. Those that do not know, yet all that awaits  lies within. All the gifts are already within when one awakens to see, know and hear. Each dear one has the free will to chooses LOVE and Forgiveness over and over again. Your divine self is  LOVE, through free will YOU choose to heal your own mind and return to your true self a mind of LOVE. WE are here to assist, teach and lift YOU into a higher vision a higher perception. To help YOU to rise into your higher mind  to see clearly what is truth and to dwell in happiness and peace in the kingdom that lies within YOU. Focus on your own mind, pay attention to the thoughts that rise up and how YOU feel. Pay attention when you’re judging, attacking or warring within yourself or with another. When YOU simply do not feel good. Are you choosing what is loving or do you know what is loving for yourself and still choose the same again. Forgive all errors and choose again.  Remember as YOU heal your mind YOU heal others and your world.  

Humanity has ventured far from it’s natural self that was close to nature and the eating of her pure foods as I did when I walked upon earth. I and many found well being, solace and peace in nature. There was a union and communication that happened while in nature.  Even in your busy day try to  go into nature let your worries go and simply receive from her many gifts. Be mindful of what YOU take into your bodies and your minds. Also your need for water and  LIGHT.  Align to what is loving and pure and rise up to hear the higher tones. Align to LOVE  and in union dance loving, joyfully and freely in a humans natural dance in life. 

WE are always here with OUR LOVE, ask and invite US to assist YOU in your unique and beautiful dance in life.
