This is Jeshua, I am here. WE are here, and YOU my brother and sister YOU are here in this holy now moment. In this now moment close your physical eyes and quiet your body and your busy mind. Focus on your sacred breath and let all your thoughts gently go. Surrender all without judgement and trust in the holiness in this  now moment. Just go within BE and rest in the Peace that IS. When ready return the student is ready to freely receive, perceive, and choose what is for your highest good. 

Beloved I am here, WE are here to assist, teach, and lift YOU into a higher perception and vision. When I Jeshua, walked upon your earth I took those sacred moments to be alone out in nature.  Gaia is a soul that cares for YOU and teaches YOU and she shares her wisdom. In the alone moments there is a connection to the ALL that IS of GOD.  Each creation is an expression of CREATOR. 

When alone in the quiet there is a connection to that which is not seen through physical eyes or known from the physical  world.  I want to suggest this  practice for YOU. 

Prior ask Spirit to assist YOU to see in a higher way through a higher perception. Simply go outside somewhere  and connect in nature. Close your eyes and place your hands over your heart ask Spirit to assist YOU in seeing through the CHRIST within, through a higher vision of LOVE. Then through your divine self perceive through a higher vision and knowing. Ask to be assisted in letting go of your conditioned and programmed beliefs. Open your eyes and see as if your eyes never saw all around YOU before. Just as a child or newborn of all creatures sees for a first time.  See through LOVE in awe and wonder creation one by one.  Do not let the mind judge or intellectually give prior knowledge learned. Keep your hand over your heart chakra  to focus and help YOU connect to the LOVE and your inner vision through the LOVE. See from the  within of your divine inner holy essence. Let go of your need to control, and Allow grace to flow. Invite your higher teachers, guides and the angels to assist YOU. Just slowly and softly gaze let time go.  As your loving gaze falls upon one creation give it your full attention in your loving presence. 

Make  an inner note of what YOU saw and how YOU saw it, heard it, felt it, connected to it, knew it in a  new and in a higher way. See the presence of CREATOR and see what is mirrored back to YOU. Be aware of your thoughts emotions, and the inner loving voice within in the stillness and quiet. Ask to remember what  enters your loving mind and heart  when YOU are fully present and mindful in pure awareness in the I am  presence. Do not judge and freely allow. 

Ask me to assist and ask for my Peace I will be with YOU. WE always LOVE YOU and you’re never alone. 

Dear one at the closure of  your day write down about your experience, read it and again listen within to how YOU feel, what is inspired and heard from within, know this is from Spirit. Be free, write and allow the divine flow. Express your gratitude and appreciation. There is a tuning  in, a connection when YOU write, trust in the energy and in the flow of grace. Writing is a creative process an a way to inner transformation. It  through practice connects YOU to the higher realms. Write freely and learn to listen then write what YOU hear. Trust in the energy in this process. 

Once again dear one contemplate and practice, practice and practice.
