This is Jeshua, I am here. WE are here and YOU are here united in the ONENESS and LOVE of CREATOR. I and WE are here to once again to have a loving conversation and remind YOU of your divinity. 

The I AM presence, the Christ consciousness, is within YOU. The  holy essence  within YOU is infinite and immortal. Remember YOU are not your body, YOU are a divine mind, a holy essence in a body.  Even when a be-ings vision is shadowed and one does not see YOU are of the LIGHT and the LIGHT is within  YOU. YOU are of the ONE PURE LOVE and YOU are that LOVE made visible upon Gaia. 

The path to Mastery is a path of being lifted by the LIGHT and LOVE into greater LIGHT and LOVE.  A path of being in the knowing that in truth YOU came from LOVE and YOU are LOVE.  When not aligned to LOVE it is then that one suffers, has unrest and lacks peace. The  one who learns to master the lower mind knows the mind must be reprogrammed and re-trained, to return to LOVE. 

Through  diligent observation of your own mind  and practicing, awareness,  and mindfulness YOU  can become the master of your lower ego mind. 

Dear one remember always to seek to LOVE yourself in your human experience. Be mindful to go outside take in the LIGHT and fresh air that your body mind complex needs. LIGHT brings information and supports your mind and body systems. Be in nature and receive from Gaia her living foods. Often so many neglect what is loving to themselves. Be kind and loving to yourself and YOU will even see and experience  your world differently.
