This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here as higher Loving teachers and guides. YOU are here in this now moment where LOVE and truth always IS. WE thank you for being here and for your mindfulness in this now moment. Quiet and still your mind and your body. Close your eyes focus on your breath let all thoughts go and all attachments. Dearest  be free and be present in Divine presence. Just BE dearest one in the presence of the GOD who IS. When YOU are stirred return to receive OUR energy and Loving conversation so WE may lift YOU and assist YOU. Slowly awaken the body, remain aware and mindful. 

Dear one I desire to emphasize awareness and mindfulness.   I often say pay attention to your thoughts. Identify the ego’s voice that does not align to your true divine self. In what is called the lower mind the ego simply does not even know LOVE. It brings thoughts of fear, and it attacks, brings suffering and inner conflict. Seek to be mindful and aware that GOD …IS ……! The ONE who IS the source and force of ALL that IS….. IS ALL that IS and is always LOVINGLY present. The Holy Spirit is within YOU a voice of LOVE. When you listen and align to LOVE YOU are in knowing and awareness that GOD …IS…present. When YOU are kind YOU are not kind alone but supported by Spirit in your kindness. Your acts of Loving kindness is Spirit moving from within YOU, through YOU  in union and Oneness with US and the All that are a reflection of Divine LOVE. There is an energy through your divine self. As  kindness moves through YOU. YOU are in the belief and awareness of who GOD….IS…, and your divinity. Practice paying attention to your thoughts and weed out those rooted in fear, judgement, attack, and all that lacks LOVE. Forgive and let go. Recognize beneath the thought,  the unloving belief and create a new thought that is in awareness of GOD, LOVE and your true divine self.  I and WE see YOU as YOU are in truth. WE see your true divine self the dear one who is LOVE and a reflection of CREATOR’S LOVE. Be in awareness and mindfulness of your own mind. What do YOU hear within, how do YOU see, perceive, react and then act? When YOU align to LOVE, YOU rise and hear in your higher mind, the mind ONE with GOD and ONE with LOVE. YOU are in union and assisted by your higher non physical 

be-ings, your teachers and guides and lifted a little higher in your perception, understanding and knowing. YOU are empowered through the Holy Spirit to be a reflection of GOD and energy flows through your thoughts, actions, words and 

be-ingress.

 I and WE often repeat for the ego mind holds a programming and conditioning that YOU can choose to break free from. YOU are the master and the divine 

be-ing who is present in each now moment. Heal and train your mind and return to the LOVE and ONENESS that is YOU in truth. The dear ONE who sees, observes  and perceives from a Loving mind. The son and daughter who sees GOD….IS. The true self who sees the presence of GOD, CREATOR in the ALL that IS. The one who chooses differently and creates from a Loving mind, a Loving reality and world.

WE who are with YOU, LOVE YOU eternally. YOU are never separated from CREATORS LOVE. Your human mind cannot understand or comprehend the benevolence of CREATOR, the pure LOVE of GOD that always IS. 

Contemplate, ponder and practice, practice and practice.
