This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU are here in this now moment. 

Dear one  I often say through this dear one and others  simply be LOVE. The more YOU understand LOVE is where YOU came from, that LOVE is who YOU  are in truth, to come to know  it is your divine essence through practice YOU will grow in the wisdom of LOVE. It is LOVE that transforms, changes, attracts, transcends, creates and lifts. Divine LOVE is a powerful energy. LOVE yourself be free of the ego voice in the lower mind that judges, separates,  blames and attacks. Surrender all unloving thoughts into LOVE, forgive, let go and choose another thought. Do not take things too seriously. See the lies of the ego mind and laugh them off do not give them energy.  When YOU hear the I am not …. or I can’t ….change the thought and change the energy do something that brings YOU joy. This dear one when paying attention to her mind now sees, through a higher perception that all is an opportunity. A opportunity to choose differently and will often also go outside, she finds joy in nature. She closes her eyes and simply  feels the warm sun, or cool

air. If YOU choose to find something loving that brings YOU joy in doing so YOU will feel the difference as your energy rises.  YOU can feel the shift from what was to what is and see more clearly. So many beat themselves up with I should be this and do that to be a spiritual be-ing . Lighten up give it to Spirit, surrender it into LOVE  and choose what brings YOU….JOY and excitement. Change your mind, shift the energy  by your actions. Change your mind choose to  know what was in a new more loving way or create something new.
