This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU are here in this now moment. Become mindful, quiet your body and your mind and prepare to hear and receive our loving teachings and messages of LOVE for LOVE. 

Dear one I say to YOU once again pay attention to the thoughts that rise in your mind.  It is in the thought creation  begins. YOU are a divine be=ing, that  came into existence  from a loving thought in the mind of the ONE Creator. YOU are a Loving Holy mind who chose to incarnate upon Gaia. YOU are a mind and an empowered Creator. Each thought holds an energy to create. It is in your mind that YOU create your reality. 

Think of a farmer who has a seed in the hand. When the seed is  place in the soil the creation of that plant begins. It must be lovingly cared for by Gaia and the farmer. Or think of  a sketch artist that holds a pencil when that pencil touches a paper and moves from an inner creative passion it begins to create the drawing.  

It is in your mind that thoughts arise and creation begins. Pay attention to your thoughts and the words that enter into your mind. If they are attack thoughts you are creating attack and the Universe will reflect them back to YOU. If YOU plant the seed of a squash a squash will grow. If YOU send out an attack thought it will grow. 

What  stories are YOU telling in your mind? WE have asked YOU to look in a mirror and pay attention to what thoughts arise. In paying attention YOU realize which are loving and which rise from a judgement or fear. That judgement points to a belief that YOU hold that is untrue. If YOU are not loving the thought is not of Divine truth. If it is based in fear of others judgements it is also not of truth. Love is who YOU are. If the thoughts that rise in your mind in each holy moment where creation begins are not LOVING they will create fear, attack, judgement, suffering  a unloving reality. If your thoughts are from LOVE they will create LOVE.  If your thoughts are from joy they will create joy. If they are from peace they will create peace. Heal your mind, heal from its  inner conflicts, suffering  and remove its fears. Heal from  your trauma and pain. See clearly, know truth forgive and allow LOVE in. Heal your mind from its untrue beliefs and allow freedom, happiness and joy to come into your mind and reality. 

I remind YOU to remove your I cannot do, or don’t do and create from  your passions and desires that YOU hold. 

Pay attention to your thoughts they point to the beliefs that YOU hold. Are YOU attacking and seeing yourself or another as not worthy of LOVE? Are YOU triggered by another to see truthfully into yourself?  Do your thoughts show YOU are a victim if so they are not true. Your thoughts will reflect back to YOU your beliefs. They create your reality and co create your world. Are they from LOVE your divine mind or are they from the ego mind that dose not know divine LOVE. If they are not loving learn to change them. YOU have the power to change your thoughts and beliefs. Learn to be mindful ask the Holy Spirit, the loving essence that lies within to comfort, help YOU see, and assist YOU in healing your mind. Create from loving thoughts what is for your highest good and for the highest good of others. 

See your mind as an inner garden what are YOU planting, and allowing to grow? See which thoughts are seeds of plants that produce and nourish your soul. See which thoughts are like weeds YOU need to remove with their roots. They continue to produce conflict, fear, attack, judgement, anxiety and suffering. These are the thoughts that cause YOU to think your separated from LOVE they take away your happiness, joy and peace. They produce conflict, fear, attack, judgement, anxiety and suffering.   The truth is YOU can never be separated from LOVE for your CREATOR’S LOVE is always present. LOVE is your holy essence and that which is not Loving does not flow from your Divine mind, your higher mind, your God mind. That which is not Loving comes from the ego mind that knows fear and does not know LOVE. Learn, and practice to Tame and Master your ego mind and rise as a Loving Divine Master. Heal your mind, awaken the Christ within and rise as the  Christ conscious be=ing into Mastery. Here the great call in your era to return to LOVE. A call being sent out like never before. A call to LOVE in which all higher loving, Christ conscious be=ings are present like never before to assist Gaia and humanity to rise into a higher frequency of LOVE. 

Contemplate and Ponder, Pay attention to your thoughts dearest one and receive what is for your highest good that which always aligns to LOVE.
