This is Jeshua, your older brother and ascended loving teacher. I am here. WE are here and YOU dearest one YOU are here in this now moment. WE are united in the LOVE of CREATOR that always is present. Come into awareness and quiet and still your mind and your body. Come into awareness of your divinity and the union that IS, in  the ONE mind of LOVE. Receive if YOU desire our loving energies   and choose what is for your highest good. 

Dear one humanity is always creating in each now moment. Energy flows and each soul is creating  from their thoughts and beliefs. Yet many create from a mind that does not know what is true or what is false. Many Truths are hidden on your world stage by those who wish to control. Fear and lack of knowledge limits, separates , controls, and  keep one powerless. From the moment after birth your minds are conditioned and programmed . YOU receive information and hold beliefs from many sources in family, society, governments, religion,  media and many more. Those who hold power in many of your systems have their own agenda, yet YOU as a free divine be=ing have free will and YOU can choose. YOU are not powerless, what do YOU allow to fill your mind? YOU have the power over what YOU receive, and the power to change your thoughts and beliefs. YOU can choose not to receive more programming and begin to heal from the unloving beliefs YOU have believed in your life time. Pay attention to your thoughts ask the Holy Spirit within to help YOU heal your mind. Through being attentive and a loving process YOU begin to choose differently. Those beliefs that are held in the unconscious are slowly revealed in the LIGHT and LOVE  within. Spirit is loving and assist YOU gently, and lovingly. YOU see and receive clarity and truth. Be attentive of what YOU are taking into your mind. There is a lifting from higher energies, pay attention to the Souls desire,  be aware and attentive. Choose to become a observer and begin to pay attention. It can be choosing wisely perhaps what YOU watch on your TV, or see in your movie theaters. What material or information do YOU read or hear? Take notice be aware see what is not true or loving  and know YOU can change or choose a new thought or belief. 

Dear one if YOU somehow do not feel right, it just feels not good  that is your inner guidance system listen. If it lacks LOVE that is a clear message to choose differently.
