This is Jeshua, I am here to lovingly assist YOU. 

Dear one I have said to humanity LOVE yourself and your brothers and sisters.  I continue now to say LOVE, yourself and one another. My message is to prepare YOU to stay in your inner truth, remain in Peace and see through LOVE and truth. In your world in this era YOU are manipulated by the ability in your media systems to create stories that are meant to stir your emotions, trigger you  and some obscure your vision from truth. Sadly some use situations to manipulate and keep YOU small. Some stories YOU hear, or see on your devices  are real and some are  unreal yet both can take YOU into a place of suffering, and affect  your rising in vibration. Remember YOU are the Master of your mind, be in control of your emotions and not controlled by them. Seek a true vision step back and ask Spirit to assist YOU in seeing through LOVE and truth.  Your higher self already knows the truth do not just react from your emotions in emotional situations. 

Take a moment go within, breathe and be in a state of LOVE, TRUTH and PEACE. Do not let fear and anger affect your evolution. Remain the be-ing of LOVE that YOU are and share your LOVE as YOU feel

called. WE have great compassion and LOVE for all

suffering in the situations occurring and WE are with each one. Be of LOVE yet be in control of your mind and emotions. Dear one be wise and discerning. Send out your LIGHT and LOVE to where YOU choose and assist but remember to go within and make decisions from a place of LOVE and truth. Be wise  discern each situation for your highest good and  the highest good of all. 

WE are always here with LOVE to assist YOU as YOU evolve in your sacred journey upon earth.
