Dear one this is Jeshua I am here, WE are here and YOU are here in this now moment. Begin to make an inner shift, bring your awareness to this now moment. This holy moment of union and Loving assistance. YOU are a powerful  divine mind, a consciousness in a body. Close your physical eyes and go within.  Begin to focus on your breath feel it and see it filling your heart chakra. Let go and surrender in this moment let all your thoughts go as YOU focus on your breath. The mind and body will be stilled and silenced through your choosing to focus. Enter your holy essence and Rest in this moment of grace and Divine presence. Rest in the LOVE that always is present. When ready return to our conversation by gently stirring your body, the mind will awaken. 

Let your thoughts shift and be in awareness, YOU are of GOD and YOU are LOVE. WE are here to have a conversation. 

I and WE are here to loving assist YOU in your unique spiritual journey. As YOU gaze lovingly upon all around YOU there is a sharing with others,  a union through LOVE yet your perception is unique for YOU. No one has walked in your shoes or have had your unique souls journey, or current life experiences.  YOU are a unique holy expression of CREATOR  present. YOU are a unique reflection of LOVE present to others. 

I desire that YOU come into awareness of the power of your mind. Be aware that YOU can shift your perception by your thoughts. Sometimes in a spiritual quest a be-ing can make things complicated by their belief in how and what a spiritual be-ing should be and focus on the doing this and that with complicated and tiring expectations. Keep it simple focus and train your mind. Learn to shift and change your thoughts. Train your mind to return to LOVE and see through  the LOVE and Peace that is your true holy divine essence. Let the errors go and forgive the mis-creations from not seeing and knowing. 

In your thoughts YOU hold the power to make a shift. Know you’re never alone and can choose differently. Keep it simple change your thought or thoughts and choose differently. When your world surrounds YOU with its many voices, opinions, and chaos  make a simple shift in your thoughts and choices. Choose to go outside into nature or do something creative. Feel the shift by your thoughts the calming and raising, and renewing  of your energies. It just feels good. Choose Peace instead of what is occurring in that moment in your reality. Ask the holy spirit , your higher self and your higher teachers, guides and the angels to assist YOU .  Through Spirit, through your divinity, and through the power of your mind YOU can change  through your thoughts what YOU are experiencing in your reality. YOU can choose LOVE and PEACE instead of this……

Even when YOU meditate let go of all the expectations and what YOU think YOU should do and be and keep it simple. In simplicity and nothingness YOU are free and your consciousness is open, free  and clear to be a holy vessel that tunes in receives and sends from your unique holy essence. There are no expectations  so there are or limits to endless possibilities. Through the power of your holy mind miracles are unlimited. YOU can shift from fear to LOVE and Peace through your thoughts and beliefs. Through making a shift, choosing differently  your emotions and experience changes. 

Be aware dear one of your thoughts and practice choosing differently. Choose LOVE and Peace instead of the this. 

I and WE remind YOU that WE LOVE YOU, and WE are always here ask WE simply LOVE to assist YOU. WE are delighted  as YOU choose differently, see through a higher vision of LOVE, dwell in Peace and experience freedom and happiness.  WE hear YOU, see your energy and desire to share OUR wisdom and divine knowing to lift YOU out of the dense, and shadows. WE do not judge for all is part of your rising. ALL is part of your journey to raise YOU up higher into LOVE. 

Think of nature through its seasons the old is changed and recreated into something new and beautiful new creation is born. Even when the beautiful green leaves change color die and fall they nourish the earth. The tree through the seasons produces new leaves and grows taller and wider and extends it branches to serve all who choose to come and receive. Even those who do not come its presence is needed as the tree assist earth through its life force, divine intelligence energies. They assist  the air that YOU breathe and your well being in body and mind . 

Through the ALL in your life many lessons are learned and opportunities are given for YOU  to expand and raise your consciousness. Opportunities to grow and be free to be LOVE and  be a reflection of GOD and serve with LOVE. I leave YOU once again much to contemplate. Practice and keep it simple dearest one.
