This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU dearest one YOU are here in this now moment. Quiet your body and mind. Focus on your breath and silence your thoughts. Enter that place where peace IS. Rest and return when ready to receive OUR higher energies of  LOVE, and OUR loving message. 





Many  become overwhelmed in their reality by untrue expectations. Some  feel 

unbearable self pressure and expectations in  trying to please others.  They become weary and drained of their higher energies. Remember YOU are not a victim, YOU are an empowered divine be-ing.  Self love sometimes has to be relearned and remembered after life teaches what is mis- interpreted as LOVE. Through unloving conditioning and programming from many sources that lack LOVE and truth untrue beliefs are formed.  True LOVE is misinterpreted .  LOVE is freeing and when YOU, truly LOVE yourself YOU also free another to learn their unique lessons in life to expand their consciousness. 

Remember dear one above  all LOVE yourself and do your inner work and your forgiveness practices. Choose LOVE and 

be forgiving  and compassionate.

In this moment  bring  into your remembrances feelings of LOVE and freedom. As one feels again what is familiar and remembers the LOVE  that prior surrounded them it can help enkindle, and ignites the divine  spark within.

Dear one seek to be present with ears that hear and a loving heart and mind. Be watchful of your thoughts, and words choose them carefully and lovingly. Be compassionate with another till one grows secure in LOVE of themself. Let LOVE be your focus, simply be LOVE  and  demonstrate that LOVE.  Simple acts  like to call a brother or sister, or remember someone’s  favorite thing is an act of  loving kindness. Your unconditional LOVE will be reflected and will help another grow in self love and in the courage needed  to be ones  true self. 

There is in Divine Presence, sometimes an inner pull,  a nudge from a loving force within. Spirit  will guide  and support for no one  is ever alone. The inner nudge to live a loving life has barriers, and resistance but even that will cease through LOVE and time. Ask for divine patience and  trust in your loving God. Know all will be well and stand firm in your true beliefs. Dear one, be strengthened within, strong and full of LOVE.
