This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU are here in this holy moment of union and LOVE. I come once again as a loving brother and higher teacher. WE come as ONE with a message to assist YOU in your unique spiritual journey. 





Dear one I remind YOU once again to pay attention to your thoughts, beliefs  and emotions. Your emotions rise from the  beliefs YOU hold. Many beliefs are deep within the unconscious  mind that are not loving. They will trigger YOU, they are   limiting and just not true. 

They keep you from expressing your true self and are barriers to your souls expansion and return to LOVE. 

I always speak to YOU about going within an entering into that place of holy essence. Enter into that sacred space when YOU empty the ego mind from the thoughts and the stories ,the mind can tell. Dear one there is a need to take moments to become still and silenced  in your body and in your mind. Trust in the moment, and in the LOVE that is always present. There is a revealing. lifting and healing  in Divine presence not always known in that moment. You may know the fruits from the experience , perhaps a feeling of being lighter, free with a peace and calmness. Then other moments YOU may feel nothing but YOU are inspired by Spirit in a way unexpected. 

There are many practices that assist to  bring you to that place where YOU surrender all. YOU let all go, move into awareness and let GOD be GOD.  A going within to enter a quiet place within where YOU just are present in Divine  presence, and grace flows. There are many practices.   I have talked to you about focusing on your breath. I have talked to YOU about listening to your heartbeat and feeling its  rhythm. Some repeat one word,  these  are among many practices that assist. Call upon me I will assist and teach YOU as YOU practice. 

Learn to  enter into the silence, learn through experience to  surrender your thoughts and quiet your noisy mind. Through focus YOU surrender your thoughts, still the mind as YOU also are learning YOU are the master of the ego mind. 

I’m saying to you also follow what you feel inside, this is  Spirit inspiring YOU. Feel and hear the prompting of spirit within YOU . Be light and playful don’t be too serious . Do not judge your experience. YOU will come to Know yourself more in each situation through experience. Seek to find what will best serve YOU  for your higher good. Only YOU  know and experience, as YOU come to know your unique preferences. What  was inspired  one time may not be what is inspired  at another moment, that  YOU choose  to come into presence in silence . What we are saying is do not limit yourself but be open and free. Do not limit yourself with what you know. Be open to learn experience and expand. Practice practice it  is through your practice that YOU learn to listen to your higher self to the Holy Spirit and follow the promptings  from within YOU. The Holy Spirit will assist YOU in surrendering. Dear one, trust  and enter that place  of silence and stillness, where God IS within in ONENESS in your holy divine essence. That place where YOU hear, see  and know within and YOU are connect to ALL that IS.  Call upon US, to assist YOU as YOU train your mind to be still, and quiet to come to know CREATOR , and yourself in a deeper more loving way. Let LOVE rise and expand, open the doors within to what is beyond your knowing as GOD has lovingly prepared what is beyond your comprehension and  imagining.
