This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU dear one YOU are here. Quiet your mind and body and let those thoughts go. Focus on your breath and see those thoughts drift gently away like feathers taken by a gentle wind. Do not force anything, give no attention to your thoughts and keep focused on your breath. Close your eyes for a moment and rest dear one in the holy Presence within. When stirred return to receive what YOU choose and what is for your highest good.

I am here, WE are here to have a loving. Conversation to assist YOU and lift YOU a little higher.

Just as a feather because it is so light it is taken and carried by the wind, as YOU let go of what does not serve YOU, there is a feeling of lightness and peace seems to just freely flow gently in and out from within YOU.

In this conversation I desire to talk about expectations. When YOU come into a situation be aware of what expectations YOU are bringing with YOU.  When YOU walk into the room where others are present pay attention to your expectations.  Are YOU entering with limitations, and barriers within YOU? Is your mind and heart open to extending LOVE and Peace? Ask Spirit to assist and pay attention to what is revealed. Remember your brothers and sisters are your teachers. What are YOU feeling and what thoughts enter your mind? This practice will identify if YOU hold a judgement or perhaps YOU are protecting something within your mind that needs LOVE, Forgiveness and healing.  As YOU become lighter the LIGHT within YOU shines brighter. The energies YOU bring are also more freely received. The LOVE that YOU are flows freely and unconditionally. Think about how sometimes someone can extend a hand to YOU that may be receive warmly and lovingly and another YOU perhaps resist the gesture. Identify within YOU what is the  unconscious  belief that causes YOU to resist. These all are the pointers that assist YOU in identifying the root and where there is a call for LOVE and Forgiveness within YOU.

Dear one Pay attention, be the observer and lighten up from what YOU hold in your mind that weighs YOU down, and limits the true authentic YOU. YOU are so much more than YOU know. Expect dear one with a vision of LOVE. LOVE  has no boundaries or limitations it is always expanding. There is so much that awaits that now  YOU do not know. Go through your day with expectations, with a loving mind be open to the unlimited flow of LOVE , Grace , and Peace

Remember WE are always with YOU and WE LOVE YOU in every moment for WE see the true YOU in truth and always  through LOVE. YOU are always loved unconditionally for YOU are in truth LOVE. YOU came into a body to experience life and expand your consciousness. Choose to be awake and aware to see clearly and differently through loving eyes.  Be kind and gentle and forgiving with yourself and others. Let errors go and simply choose again.
