This is Jeshua, I am your loving older brother and a teacher of LOVE and Forgiveness. I and WE are here to assist YOU in the healing of your mind. YOU dear one YOU are here as WE are united in the LOVE of CREATOR. A LOVE always present in this now moment and all now moments. 

Begin to still and quiet the mind and body. Take a moment close your physical eyes breathe in deeply and as YOU breathe out let your minds thoughts go and the tensions held in your body.  Become stilled and enter the quiet within. Enter the place within where Peace is  also ask for my Peace I will share for what is mine is yours. Rest beloved away from the noise of your world and the thoughts that fill your mind. Be in Peace and at Peace. Remain till YOU choose to return to read the message. Always receive without self judgement what feels good and aligns to your soul. WE come in LOVE to loving assist. 

Dear one YOU are a mind, an energy. YOU came from ONE  Source and that is LOVE . YOU are LOVE.  The body is not YOU it  is the channel,  an instrument through which YOU, demonstrate and bring LOVE, 

compassion, kindness and much more. Dearest YOU have not been taught the power of your mind. Your thoughts and the words YOU chose hold energy and send energy. With intention, with your imagined and your words YOU create.  Through LOVE  a  divine be=ing in a body can assist another to heal, release, and forgive  what holds them in an inner prison. Through the assistance of an elevated soul another knows they can be set free by healing their own mind. A healed mind sees and helps another to see. All is through the Holy Spirit stirring within, informing, and moving within the consciousness one holds. YOU have free will nothing is ever forced but there is always LOVE present to guide, comfort and assist YOU in healing your mind.  As YOU remember the LOVE that YOU are in truth and truly LOVE yourself and others YOU are set free.  A inner and outer journey where only LOVE IS. A journey to let go of all that  lacks LOVE.    

Dear one seek to  follow a path of LOVE . LOVE and Forgive Yourself and others. A inner  recognizing and a reckoning. A coming and surrendering. A answering of an inner call to LOVE and Forgive. Forgiving is letting go of all the judgements, attack thoughts, blame, guilt, Fear and suffering. A clear vision through the Holy Spirit into what truth IS made known through LOVE. When YOU look through the higher vision of pure LOVE there YOU will see LOVE.  When YOU see a lack of LOVE it is simply seen as  a cry for LOVE. Dearest one look into your mirror and see LOVE this is who YOU are in truth. If YOU cannot look lovingly and attack thoughts rise up simply ask Spirit for assistance to see clearly and see lovingly who YOU are in truth. WE brought a practice through this dear one that invited YOU to each day to receive LOVE and see LOVE. It was not to be done in one day for YOU hold within many unloving beliefs about yourself. Daily YOU had questions, gave answers and looked at yourself in the mirror. YOU are never given too much and Spirit assist by looking at one thing at a time, as YOU heal and release an untrue belief, YOU accept and allow the LOVE that already IS. It is like YOU look into that mirror with a foggy vision till YOU remove what obscures YOUR vision. YOU realize  YOU cannot see clearly and choose differently. 

Remember YOU always have the power to choose and to change your thoughts and beliefs. Let LOVE in and heal your mind from its fear, judgements attacks and suffering. Seek what is of LOVE and YOU will find truth. Seek that to know that which lacks LOVE you will know truth  and not be stuck in fear and suffering. 

Pay attention to your thoughts that rise to attack, blame and condemn. When YOU send out an energy of attack that energy grows and will return. When YOU send pure LOVE, pure LOVE will grow and return to YOU. 

I ask YOU in this now moment how do YOU interpret the word LOVE? I ask because the world and ego do not interpret in truth what Creator, pure LOVE IS. The ego does not know LOVE. How do YOU interpret LOVE and what do YOU believe LOVE is? 

 Contemplate and ponder and ask questions to yourself and ask Spirit to assist YOU. WE your loving guides and teachers and your angels are always with YOU, YOU have free will simply ask for our guidance. 

I will end this message I and WE  have given YOU in this moment WE leave OUR words to contemplate , ponder and to receive if YOU choose  in this Now moment.
