Dear one, my brother or sister, this is Jeshua I am here WE are here a collective of highly conscious be-ings of LIGHT and LOVE. YOU are here, YOU are a divine consciousness in a body. YOU are of The LIGHT and LOVE and YOU are the LIGHT and LOVE of  CREATOR present upon Gaia. WE are bringing YOU into awareness in this now moment. I and WE come as  teachers , in this now moment I ask YOU the student to choose to come into awareness. Close your physical eyes for a moment and be aware of the activity in your mind. Is it busy or is it peaceful with a gentle flow? Now begin to focus on your breath and do not identify or give attention to any thoughts or stories that fill the mind. Keep focus, be in awareness let all your attention be on your breath. Watch it from within. Feel it going in and out. Feel it expanding in your body. As YOU focus YOU will  witness the thoughts have gone and the mind becomes stilled and empty. Learn to go into your inner essence. Be in awareness and be the watcher of your own mind. Learn YOU can slow it down or quiet it when YOU desire. In your day pay attention to your thoughts and take notice of when YOU tell stories in your mind. What YOU observe is like seeing what is on the surface of the earth that is growing. Yet beneath the soil there is a vast world unseen. As YOU learn to pay attention to your thoughts ask Spirit to assist YOU in seeing what lies in the unconscious mind that is not seen, or known consciously. Ask to identify what is not  loving or true. As you pay attention to your mind be aware of what feeling arise. What thoughts or stories trigger intense feelings? These are pointing to something held in the shadows in the unconscious mind. Ask Spirit to see, to assist in bringing them to the surface. Trust in the LIGHT and LOVE of CREATOR that always is present. Do not get anxious about time just know in due time and in the  perfect moment for your highest good in the way most loving YOU  will see clearly.  In all experiences lies a opportunity for learning so YOU as a soul can rise in consciousness. Through your practice YOU will become the Master of your mind and the Holy Spirit within will gently comfort, reveal and heal through LOVE. Through a loving process comes clear vision and a healing of the mind from what lacked LOVE.  Choose to take the moments to step back and be the watcher and the observer of your own mind. Humans can get caught up in their world and believe what is not true in the ego mind. Change your mind, your thoughts and  perception choose to be aware and see through loving eyes. Rise above the fears, suffering, attack, inner conflict, blame  and guilt see through the LIGHT and LOVE of the Benevolent ONE . This is the  LIGHT and LOVE that is within YOU dearest one, and it is your holy essence. Come to know your true divine self and be the LIGHT and LOVE in your world that emanates in your world.
