This is Jeshua, I am here. WE your higher Teachers, guides Higher Be-ings and the Angels WE are here. YOU are here in this now moment, united  in the ONENESS and in the Benevolent LOVE  of the ONE CREATOR. 

Close your physical eyes and focus on your breath.  See your breath feel it going in out. Let your thoughts gently go like feathers taken by a gentle wind. Silent and still your mind and body.  Let all go and enter into that inner state of awareness of  consciousness and just be in your holy essence. Return when YOU are ready and be open to receive and hear OUR energy and loving assistance. 

I Jeshua, I am not alone, WE who are many are here to remind and assist YOU. Dear one Awaken within, be in awareness of the Life force, the divine intelligence, holy essence, the Christ consciousness that is YOU in a body. Practice contemplation, be in  awareness of your divinity. YOU are a Divine mind in a body. Become the watcher who peers through the body. Through practice witness your  immortal consciousness . Through practice break free of the inner constraints and see and know that YOU are not your body.  Be reborn into an existence beyond the suffering, fear and sorrows. 

When YOU are present in your reality be mindful of the now moment. Pay attention to your thoughts and what in life triggers YOU. Through practice of awareness, be free, and come to know your true holy divine essence. Change your mind, dearest choose LOVE and Forgiveness over and over again.

YOU are a powerful divine be-ing empowered from  within through the Holy Spirit. 

Taste, see, hear and explore from your world within. Come to know  YOU are in your world but not of your world. YOU are not a victim but a free, empowered LOVING Divine mind in a body. Come to know the powerful Creator within, and  the higher mind who manifests from  within the form.

Experience freedom, through Divine intelligence and know Divine LOVE in truth. Know enduring compassion, kindness, and  gentleness and gather wisdom. Awaken and be CHRIST consciousness and see your world through a higher vision. Moment by moment, practice and practice day by day and BE all your soul came to be. Through your unique gifts, desires, passions and in union with Spirit, be the infinite LIGHT and eternal LOVE, the holy divine essence that YOU are in truth. Walk in the inner LIGHT  of your consciousness with LOVE, guided by Spirit from within. Practice,  practice forgiveness on a path of LOVE into greater LOVE. Let go of your judgements. YOU will see miracles of transformation, and come to know in your reality true happiness, joy  and peace.

WE are the Elohim, a collective of higher be-ings of LOVE and LIGHT. WE are here to assist humanity and Gaia in Awakening, and Rising in this greatest of spiritual seasons upon Gaia.  Be open to change and see within the ALL and hold gratitude in your mind and heart. Be free, surrender, choose 

to allow  your soul to expand  in its LOVE and LIGHT. Forgive and rise higher and higher dear one into the infinite eternal   LIGHT and LOVE.
