This is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here and YOU dear one YOU are here. WE come to remind YOU and assist YOU in the life that YOU choose. 

Dear one learn to recognize and identify your emotions. Step outside of your thoughts, emotions and stories and observe them. Ask Spirit to assist YOU. What is the story in your mind that YOU are telling yourself that is triggering your emotions. If YOU are seeing  from fear your  ego mind will tell YOU to attack. If YOU step out and  observe and see from your higher mind a mind of LOVE YOU will see clearly add LOVE and let it go. YOU can choose attack, or  war or YOU can choose Peace and LOVE. 

Seek within if the story your telling brings  suffering, guilt, blame, judgements, unworthiness etc. if so  let it go. Forgive it and tell another story. Do YOU need to add LOVE add it to a new story where YOU forgive and LOVE yourself and others? The true story where YOU are a powerful Divine being who chooses LOVE and Forgiveness.  

YOU are the master of your own mind. Become the watcher the observer of your mind. 

Do YOU look at your world from a state of fear or see yourself as a victim? Do YOU feel powerless? YOU always can choose to see and hear from your ego mind or see through your higher mind, hear the inner voice  that is ONE with GOD.  

Remember YOU are a powerful be-ing, a divine mind and YOU create your reality. Choose to create from a mind of LOVE and Peace. 

On your world stage step back and observe are YOU being triggered  into fear  to attack and judgement if so your listing to the wrong mind. Rise above the illusions, the false stories and see through your higher mind. YOU are never alone and YOU are not a victim. YOU are always LOVED. YOU are  powerful magnificent Divine being, a mind  who knows your CREATOR, and is ONE with the mind of  CREATOR. 

See through your higher mind, through a higher vision. Simply chooses to see through Loving eyes, Forgive  and choose Peace. Choose to rise above fear, attack, and  judgement. Choose to create from LOVE a more Loving and peaceful  reality and world. Dear one SEEK to know your CREATOR in truth, and know your true divine self,  be set free. Practice, practice and practice and Rise higher and higher into LOVE, where Peace IS. Rise up, out, and above, be free  and grow in divine wisdom dear one.
