Dear one this is Jeshua, I am here in this now moment. WE your loving teachers, guides and holders of wisdom are here, and YOU dear one YOU are here in this now moment. Through awareness and with intention be focused on this present moment.

Take a moment to close your eyes, to still and quiet your mind. Focus on your breath and let your thoughts go. Enter your holy inner essence and rest in the LOVE that always is present. Beloved YOU live in a world that is not always of your choice. YOU are in the world but not of the world. You’re in an era where you’re becoming aware of the lies, illusions and false stories that fill your mind, media, internet and your world. Continue to rise above the lower energies and what is not truth. With awareness choose to create from a higher perception and with a higher vision.

Draw from Gaia, receive her assistance, wisdom, inspirations and peace. Within your day see the unlimited sources where there is kindness, gentleness, love, harmony and peace. Be with appreciation and filled with gratitude. See the Creator in the ALL of Creation.

Remember where YOU put your attention that is where your energy flows. YOU are a Christ conscious be-= ing, a creator focus on what YOU wish to lovingly create. Rise above lower creations from fear, judgements dis harmony and attack. LOVE and forgive yourself and others. Ask yourself what do I want to create in my reality as I co create this in my world. Remember yes YOU live in your world but YOU have the power to choose and change your thoughts and beliefs. You have the power to bring change to your world. Seek to change those thoughts and beliefs that are unloving. Choose Loving thoughts and rise in your level of Christ consciousness. Dear one as you rise YOU will lift others and the collective .

YOU are here in this incarnation to learn, expand in your LOVE, rise and assist, Gaia and humanity to rise into higher energies. YOU are not alone those of higher consciousness from other realms and dimensions are assisting humanity to answer a great call to LOVE.

WE LOVE YOU, and WE are always here remember YOU have free will ask for our loving assistance. Then listen and know Spirit speaks through unlimited possibilities. Rise higher, quiet and master your ego mind. Seek to know and be your authentic divine self and be in tuned to the voice of Spirit. YOU are a channel and a receiver what energies and messages are YOU tuning into and receiving? Think of when YOU USE a radio YOU can change a channel and tune into another frequency. Also think of your phone YOU place a call who are YOU calling. WE are here, tune in then place a call through the higher mind and heart . Ask your questions and know WE are here and through unlimited ways WE will answer your call. WE are not far away but near and within. Do YOU dear one see how your beliefs allow or turn off communication? Let go of your limiting beliefs and allow what IS. I Jeshua, and WE LOVE YOU, and WE are here ask WE do hear. This dear one opened her channels of communication in her younger years through nature and in her writing to Creator, her higher teachers and guides and Angels She still writes to US each night even though she communicates through other ways through out her day. Prior to sleep she has a conversation with US. She shares her day and asks her questions to see, hear, and know beyond her physical senses. She ask how to interpret through her spiritual senses and know and see in her life through a higher perspective. She then closes her journal, knowing WE are present, and that WE do hear and WE do answer. WE hear and answer her in many ways. She knows our energy and presence and is open in her Spiritual senses. As YOU evolve your spiritual sight, hearing, smell, and knowing grows. Be free communicate with US bring your burdens, ask your questions and allow Us to assist YOU in your unique life experiences so YOU may learn, see more clearly, differently, hear the unspoken, and go deep within as YOU return to LOVE. Choose to heal your mind, remove your fears, and your limiting and unloving beliefs. WE are here to teach and assist so YOU can evolve in your Christ consciousness. As YOU rise YOU hear and fulfill your soul’s longing and desire of LOVE and ONENESS that simply already IS within your holy essence of LOVE.
