Dear one WE want to bring to this conversation to your attention. 

 Be aware and   pay attention to how YOU treat others. So many who leave the earth plain and come home see after in their life review those who they disrespected and judged as not worthy of their kindness and LOVE. They with held their LOVE, kindness or understanding and did not even truly know their brother or sister.They judged a brother or sister  and withheld LOVE.  WE assist them in letting go of how that makes them feel and help them see through a LOVING vision what they failed to see while in a body. They are set free of all the blame judgements and guilt as they also set free their brothers and sisters. They can then choose to send them LOVE. 

 Remember in the CREATOR’S  vision ALL  are loved ALL are worthy. Each soul who chooses to come to earth has their unique passions , abilities and lessons they choose to learn. Earth is like a school  and through unique life encounters with  others so often many fail to see the aspect of GOD  in another. They see personalities and souls that are evolving and form judgements that place barriers. Another 

be-ing can mirror a quality in YOU that YOU might be ignoring too assist YOU. YOU can get triggered. Some attack not knowing they are attacking from a belief held that is not loving  in their own unconscious mind. Their loving guides in the higher realms assist the soul through a healing process. 

This is why we often say sit in Presence . Also  WE say pay attention to your thoughts,  feelings, and actions. . Pay attention and give them to Spirit. Ask to see them clearly through a higher LOVING vision. See through LOVE, know in  truth and forgive all that does not align to LOVE. In the presence of the CREATOR’S  LOVE that is always present there is no room for anything that is not of LOVE. 

Write dear one, there is power in taking the pen to a paper and allowing what arises to be written down to be seen and known in truth.  Through writing YOU release and your mind opens to receive. Spirit can speak to YOU, inspire  YOU, when YOU are open, and free of your fears, and  limitations. 

Learn to take those days away for self reflection and be in union in nature. This is a season  of great increase in LIGHT energies. Even in your short breaks go outside and connect to Gaia and the energies from above, around and below. 

Know with the increased LIGHT energies what has been hidden and  resisted will rise. What has been hidden in the shadows of the mind  will be made known. See this as a great gift and opportunity for YOU to be set free to evolve to be ALL your CREATOR and YOU  as a soul desire to be. Unite your will to the ONE who IS  pure LOVE. Be of ONE mind a mind of LOVE. 

Be Free, of all that lacks LOVE. Choose  to create a unique happy, exciting , loving, joyful and  peaceful life. A life of kindness, gentleness, acceptance and respect for self, Gaia,  and  all your brothers and sisters. ALL is are part of YOU and YOU are part of the ALL. Choose to do your spiritual  practices and set each other free through your LOVE and forgiveness dearest one.
