This Jeshua I am here, WE are here and YOU dearest one YOU are here. WE are ONE in this now moment where LOVE is always present. Take a moment to close your eyes come into awareness in this holy now moment. Quiet your mind of its many thoughts. Be still in your body as YOU surrender all. Rest , within in Divine presence. When ready return and receive from OUR conversation what is for your highest good. 

Dear one, what YOU heal in your own mind, YOU heal in the mind of your  brothers and sisters. YOU are not separate but part of the Sonship of GOD. Heal and master your lower mind, rise and unite in the higher mind. A mind of LOVE that is ONE with the mind  of GOD.

Gaia and humanity are rising into a higher consciousness. 

Where YOU focus, where YOU put your attention is where your energy goes. Focus on your own mind, ask the Holy Spirit to assist YOU in  recognizing  where there is a  lack of LOVE in your thoughts and the beliefs that you hold. Even the ones that  are in the unconscious mind. 

YOU can change your thoughts and beliefs. ALL those fear filled thoughts and thoughts of self  judgment, guilt and blame are unloving. Pay attention to your thoughts choose differently and heal your mind. Dearest Remember as YOU choose LOVE and Forgiveness, YOU are healing your lower mind and also co-creating a more loving world. Through practice YOU become the master of your ego mind. Through LOVE of self YOU align to your true divine self and rise up into the higher mind. A mind of LOVE, a mind that is ONE with GOD.  Your Divine mind knows Peace and dwells in Peace. Practice, practice and practice pay attention to the thoughts that fill your mind. The ego does not know LOVE and brings fear, conflict, anxiety, guilt, attack, blame it simply lacks LOVE and PEACE. Change your unloving thoughts and beliefs choose LOVE and forgiveness over and over again. WE often repeat because since your birth you are programmed and conditioned over and over again. WE repeat to assist YOU in the training of your own mind. It is YOU choosing a higher more Loving way, where YOU experience ONENESS, Peace and happiness. Once again WE ask YOU to contemplate and seek within your own mind and find those moments in the stillness and quiet within YOU with your GOD.  Seek the truth it is within YOU. Listen, and choose  what feels good and brings YOU  Peace.
