Channeled message

Beloved this is Jeshua, I am here, WE are here, and YOU are here in this holy NOW moment where truth IS. Take a long deep breath with awareness, slowly exhale  and allow it to move YOU to stillness and quiet. Still your ego mind and your body and be open to receive from our message what aligns to your higher self. 

Dear one keep your focus on your mind and the YOU. Do not be concerned of what others think of YOU. Let your concern be about your thoughts, your emotions and what is triggering YOU. This is being in  awareness and part of the practice of  becoming the master of your ego mind. Through seeking, practices  and awareness YOU will journey inward to know your true divine self.  Take notice in the NOW and be in the present moment to recognize your fears and triggers. Take notice of the stories YOU tell in your ego mind that are unloving and do not serve YOU. . 

Remember YOU are a unique beautiful aspect of your Creator. Seek to know your true infinite, sovereign,  authentic divine self. 

Just  BE,  share your LOVE and shine your LIGHT dearest one for all to see!
