Blessing Water

I received a loving reminder to hydrate as earth and humanity shift. Also I was reminded to bless the water or water based drink like organic tea. To ask and See the white Source energy come into the crown chakra flow through the hands and breath then into the water. Also to see it come into the heart chakra and out as a warm golden light into the water container. Ask for what the soul needs. Ask it to flow into the mind, body part or system. See also the chakra associated. A example If need peace or strength ask, receive and send peace or strength. If need healing ask receive and send it to the mind, consciousness, body part or body system., also and or chakra. When the water is drank do so in awareness, and mindfulness. Both water and body mind complex are conduits, holders, receivers and senders. Think of a radio we can tune in receive and send. This is what is done in energy work. It also can be practiced with the Sun. See the Suns SOURCE energy enter into crown chakra and flow into the mind and body. If a particular chakra area needs attention see it fill that area. Energy work can also be done with color and omit words. Assign a color like green for peace and healing or throat chakra. . Pink can also be healing. Etc.etc. Or simply see the color of the chakra. 💫♥️☀️
